Guidelines for submitting your software:

1. You must have complete ownership and copyright for the software submitted.
2. The software must be touch screen friendly.
3. The software can be for any application, but preferably in the areas of education, entertainment, point of sales, multimedia kiosk.
4. The software must be supplied in a full demo version for minimum of 7 days after installation.
5. The user will pay the registration fee directly to you, so you must have a clear instruction about how to send the payment, preferably to be done on-line through your own website.
6. KEYTEC is not responsible for any consequence from distributing your software, including but not limiting to the liability, support, misuse, etc.

Cost for distribution:

1. You can get your software download link added to www.magictouch.com/games.html for free of charge.
2. You can send your software on floppy diskette or CD with label to KEYTEC for distribution with Magic Touch products.  The handling cost is:

For 1 to 100 copies: $2.50 per copy.
For 101 to 500 copies: $1.50 per copy.
For 501 to 1000 copies: $1.00 per copy.
For 1001+ copies: $0.50 per copy.
A monthly statement will be emailed to you to inform you about how many copies have been distributed.

Submission for approval:
