What types of monitor do we
integrate?
We integrate most Perfect Flat
CRT monitors from 15 to 21". We also integrate TFT LCD monitors
from 12 to 19.1". In general, a monitor must have flat surface and
about 3 mm space inside to accommodate the touch screen. The super
slim type LCD usually is not suitable for touch screen integration.
We may consider to do larger size monitor with a custom made touch
screen. We normally cannot integrate touch screen into laptop or notebook
computers.
What are the steps to inquire
about this service?
Contact us by email, phone or fax and
give us your monitor model. Our specialist will check whether your
monitor is suitable for touch screen integration. If it is likely
that we can do the job, we will get back to you with a quotation
including the terms and conditions.
Things to be considered:
Since this is your monitor, we do not
warranty, nor do we service the monitor. We will test your monitor
upon receiving. If the monitor is defective or not suitable for
touch screen integration, we will return it to you immediately without
any charges except for the shipping cost.
Every integrated touch monitor
will be tested for at least 24 hours before shipping back to you.
The touch screen and controller carry our standard warranty.
