1. Use transmitter boards (IRT) for top horizontal frame and left vertical frame.
2. Use receiver boards (IRR) for bottom horizontal frame and right vertical frame.
3. Connect the 4 frames with corner boards (IRC-00) according to the labels - 3 corner boards look the same, but they are different and must be placed in the right position.  The 4th corner is part of the controller board (IRM-64).
4. Cautions: Do not bend the pins.  Keep all boards on same level.  Keep the 90-degree right angle on all 4 corners.
5. After assembly, the touch screen frame can be used in any orientation, or flip over.

Configuration Examples of Available Standard Sizes: All measurements are in mm, 1 mm is approximately 0.04”.  Maximum tolerance = +/- 2mm.
 Frame sizes indicate the overall dimensions of the assembly only when aluminum frames are ordered.  Custom frames can be ordered with minimum order of 10 sets.

Custom Configuration: The rule of thumb is all the parts with part number that can be evenly divided by 4 (-40, -48, -56, -64) are re-sizable parts, which can be assembled in any sequence. For those parts with part number that cannot be evenly divided by 4 (-31, -37, -46, -49, -51), only one piece can be used on each side, and they must be placed next to the corner as shown in the following figure. The 3 corners must be assembled in the positions as shown in the figure. The controller IRM-64B is required, and a IRT-64 is also required at the opposite frame. The following is the assembly configuration of 103”. The components IRT31, IRT37, IRR31, IRR37 cannot be divided by 4, so only one piece can be used on each side and must be placed next to the corner.

Maximum size 1830 x 1830 mm with IRM-64B controller, 1830 x 1289 mm with IRM-64B-M1 controller, 2288 x 1289 mm with IRM-64B-M2 or IRM-64B-M3 controller.
