FAQ

1. Use transmitter boards (IRT) for top horizontal frame and left vertical frame.
2. Use receiver boards (IRR) for bottom horizontal frame and right vertical frame.
3. Connect the 4 frames with corner boards (IRC-00) according to the labels - 3 corner boards look the same, but they are different and must be placed in the right position.  The 4th corner is part of the controller board (IRM-64).
4. Cautions: Do not bend the pins.  Keep all boards on same level.  Keep the 90-degree right angle on all 4 corners.
5. After assembly, the touch screen frame can be used in any orientation, or flip over.

Configuration Examples of Available Standard Sizes: All measurements are in mm, 1 mm is approximately 0.04”.  Maximum tolerance = +/- 2mm.
Frame sizes indicate the overall dimensions of the assembly only when aluminum frames are ordered.  Custom frames can be ordered with minimum order of 10 sets.

Custom Configuration: Although this model was previously referred as "Fixed Size Model", it actually can be resized too with some rules explained in the following example for a custom configuration of 88" diagonal size with 16:9 ratio:

Rules:
1. Components with part numbers that can be evenly divided by 4 are resizable components which can be placed any where in any order - as long as a matching part number is placed in the opposite side.
2. Components with part numbers that can not be evenly divided by 4 are non-resizable components (marked in red color in the above example).  Only one piece of those non-resizable components can be used on each side, and that piece must be placed next to the corner piece.
3. IRM64B is the controller board and it is required for any configuration.  This piece should be placed on the receiver (IRR) side.
4. The 3 corner pieces look alike but they are different and must be placed correctly by their part numbers -C1, -C2 and -C3 as shown in the above configuration.
5. The maximum active size of horizontal and vertical side is 2324 mm, but the sum of horizontal and vertical sizes can not exceed 3744 mm for single-touch application, or 3577 mm for dual-touch application (tablet mode).
6. The response of dual touch will become slower as size increases.
